MOT Type 1
The standard sub-base for driveways, patios and roads. It compacts to a solid, load-bearing layer and meets DoT specifications.
Sharp sand & ballast
Sharp sand's coarse grain bonds with cement for concrete, mortar and render. Ballast — a sand-and-gravel mix — is what you want for mixing concrete for foundations and footings.
Topsoil
Screened quality topsoil for lawns, borders and landscaping.
Crushed concrete & road planings
Eco-friendly recycled options. Crushed concrete (6F2) is a cost-effective sub-base and hardcore; road planings compact well for driveways and paths.
